Printing technology
Pigments do not dissolve in water, so they need to be used in combination with a binder! The texture also changes, enhancing the design quality.
"Printing technology" is a process that applies designs (patterns) using dyes and pigments on the surface of the fabric. The machine used is a rotary screen printing machine. Patterns are formed on the surface of the rotary screen, and the color paste inside the rotating screen is printed (impressed) using a magnetic squeegee. It is possible to perform various processes, including "overprinting," which applies designs to the fabric surface using disperse dyes, as well as "discharge printing" and "resin printing." [Processing Examples] ■ Overprinting - A technique that applies designs to the fabric surface using disperse dyes. ■ Discharge Printing - The color of the fabric dyeing part before printing is removed, and dye is added to that area. ■ Resin Printing - Designs are applied to the fabric surface using pigments and binders. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
